On Wednesday the 5th of November we’ll be having our next ‘How To Be An Artist’ session on ZOOM. This one will cover websites, social media, and all things art documentation with our special guest Kate Bowe O’Brien! You really won’t want to miss the information Kate has to share with us on this. 
 
Kate-Bowe O’Brien is a photographer and educator from Waterford, now based in Dublin. She studied Fine Art at the Crawford College of Art and Design, Cork, and went on to complete an MFA in Contemporary Art: Photography at Edinburgh College of Art, University of Edinburgh.
 
Kate has worked in the Crawford College of Art and Design and Ballyfermot College of Further Education, and for the past decade has been working in the School of Media at Technological University Dublin. As Senior Technical Officer based on the Grangegorman campus, she manages the photography facilities and supports staff and students across both the School of Media and the School of Art and Design.
 
As a photographer, Kate specialises in art documentation and architectural photography, with many years of experience working with artists, galleries, and architects across Ireland. Her clients include BDP, the RHA, The Complex, Temple Bar Gallery + Studios, and A4 Sounds.
