1:1 Mentoring sessions with our Professional Development Officer Áine O’Hara.
During Nov and Dec Áine is aiming to meet with everyone individually to introduce themselves and learn about your work.  Dates can be booked below.

About the Sessions
Each session is 40 mins.

They are informal private conversations.

You can discuss anything related to your arts practice. This may include your future goals, any difficulties or questions you might have currently, get feedback on current work or advice on what direction your research might take and more.

Access Needs
If you have any access needs you can add them to your booking, or discuss them with Áine at the start of your session.

If preferred you can send them a message or an email instead. Please email at least a week before as Áine currently works just 1 day a week, so letting them know a good bit in advance will allow them enough time to put things in place for you.

Áine also has some access needs to ensure they can support you the best that they can in their role. You can read this by scrolling down the page.

Áine also has some access needs to ensure they can support you the best that they can in their role:

    1. Sessions will be captioned.
To use the captions function the sessions will be automatically recorded. For your peace of mind; only Áine will have access to these recordings and will only use them to access the captions to review their notes if needed. Recordings will be deleted once Áine has their notes compiled.

    2. Sessions will run for a max of 40 mins.
To ensure Áine can have the necessary breaks they need between sessions we are limiting all sessions to 40mins. If it looks like you might run over you can follow up by email with anything else or if you have other questions. You will be able to book a follow up session when our introduction sessions are complete.

    3. Sessions may be postponed/cancelled at short notice.
We will be prioritising everyone’s health over work, so if needed, we may change the dates of sessions if Lisa is not available to swap in. You will be contacted by email if this is the case. If you also need to cancel for any reason that’s no problem, let us know when you can.
