ALLY, COMRADE & ACCOMPLICE
Workshop & Discussion

Facilitated by Alber Saborío & Dónal Holland

Limited to 25 participants*

How do we imagine ourselves in relation to others in the struggle for a better world? Are we allies or accomplices or comrades or something else? Do we share temporary strategic affinities or long-term commitments? How do we balance universal demands with a recognition of differing needs and levels of privilege?

From safety pins to show trials, debates about the meaning of solidarity have long been a feature of radical struggle. This workshop invites participants to think through these topics together. Activities and prompts will be used to structure the discussion, interspersed with short presentations. No specialist knowledge is required for participation; the workshop will mostly consist of informal chatting.

When?
Monday 17th Feb 2020
7pm – 10pm
Tea, Coffee and snacks will be available.

This event is free but booking is required.
Places are limited to 25 persons.
